Yes. Each service has a sample on its service page, linked from the service cards. All sample information is fictional and labelled. It shows the format and level of detail, not an actual supplier assessment or a guaranteed outcome.
We serve companies, SMEs and entrepreneurs worldwide. Our team operates from China, so we can support buyers in any country purchasing from Chinese suppliers.
It depends on the service. For supplier verification, provide the supplier name and website or Alibaba link. For sourcing, share product specs, drawings or photos. For inspections, provide the factory address and order details.
Typical turnaround is 2 business days after receiving sufficient supplier information. Timing may vary if additional checks or clarification are required.

A pre-shipment inspection includes physical inspection, quantity and workmanship checks, agreed specification checks, packaging checks, photos/videos and a professional report.
We can cover the vast majority of mainland China. The €249 fee covers the standard inspection service; for locations requiring significant additional travel, we confirm feasibility and any extra travel cost before the inspection proceeds.
Yes. Negotiation is part of our Managed Purchase service.
Yes. Managed Purchase can include supplier negotiation, ordering, production follow-up, quality-control coordination and documentation, from €399 plus 3–5% of order value.
No. Fixed-price Boma Express services are pay-as-you-go. Managed Purchase scope and commercial terms are confirmed for the specific order.
Yes. You can upload multiple photos, drawings, PDFs, specifications, purchase orders and other useful files.
