Cancellation & Refund Policy
General principle
Boma Express services involve human research, supplier contact, scheduling and/or physical fieldwork. Refund eligibility therefore depends on work already performed or committed when a cancellation request is received.
Before work begins
If a fixed-price service is cancelled before substantive work begins or third-party costs are incurred, the customer may request a refund, subject to payment-processing costs and mandatory legal rights.
After work begins
Once research, supplier contact, report preparation, scheduling or other substantive work has started, the service fee may be partly or fully non-refundable in proportion to work performed and costs committed.
Inspections and factory visits
If an inspection or factory visit is cancelled or rescheduled after inspector time, transportation, travel or factory coordination has been committed, those costs may be non-refundable and an additional fee may apply to a new visit.
Supplier non-cooperation
If a supplier refuses access or prevents completion, Boma will inform the customer and seek a practical next step. Refund or rescheduling treatment depends on work already performed and costs incurred.
Requesting cancellation
Send the order reference and request to bomaexpress@boma-group.com as soon as possible. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer cancellation or refund rights that apply under applicable law.
